Benoit Debrock, owner of Creative Math Solutions, is a freelance IT developer and actuarial analyst/business analyst with more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. With jobs ranging from pricing actuary for Life products to business requirements analyst for data modelers I have mainly been in the position of being a linchpin between business, IT and actuaries. In doing so, I have developed many tools and software packages to automate processes that ensue from actuarial and reporting demands. Whether it is in SQL, VBA (Excel and Access), C, R or Java, I can quickly assimilate a language and use it to solve pertinent business problems.
